Alas, Like Macklemore said, I wish somebody would have told me babe, that someday these will be the good old days. Well you can bite back in time, and with this healthy sloppy joe stuffed peppers recipe.

Here is the other thing. Some of you maybe cooking for a family and are worried, how the heck am I going to feed my children a sloppy joe from a pepper vessel?! Well I got you. Reserve some of your sloppy mix and slap it on a bun. Manwich honestly has nothing on a homemade touch to an old classic. But you be the judge, don’t just take my word for it.
